All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We use reliable and fast DHL Express Delivery for the our orders. Be rest assured you will always receive your order on time and with no damages.
In-store pickup

Your order will be prepared for your personal pick up within 2 hours. Our office hours for pickup are 8am to 4pm excluding weekends and holidays. Please bring to our offices your order confirmation email which you receive automatically after purchase on our website.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping throughout the world.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship using DHL and delivery timelines depend on the destination.
Your order might be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) in your country, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. House of Gentlemen is not responsible for these charges but the charges are the responsibility of the customer since they incur in the destination country.
How do I check the status of my order?
All orders will provided with DHL Tracking as soon as your goods are shipped within 24 hours. If you haven’t received your DHL Tracking number within 24 hours after payment and receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at
sales@houseofgentlemen.co.bw with your name and order number and we will confirm the delivery time of your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please check our full Refunds and Returns Policy on this website.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at refunds@houseofgentlemen.co.bw with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
